Lew is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and manages the advisory side of the business. Having started out in public practice in 1972, he has strong insight into local business challenges and requirements.
Lew’s own business was established here in Mornington in 1977 and nothing pleases him more than helping small business owners solve their problems and grow.

A long-term resident of Mornington Peninsula and with us since 2005, Debbie’s the go-to person for technical problem-solving and is an advisor on the installation of accounting computer systems and procedures for clients.
She’s also an accomplished taxation accountant. If this all makes her sound serious, don’t be fooled. She has an infectious laugh!

This is actually Carolyn’s third stint at the firm, having started out working with Lew in July 1977, a couple of weeks after the practice started. Returning in 2002, following a two-year contract in New York, and again in Aug 2018, Carolyn is the first person you’ll meet if you visit our offices here in Mornington.
And, if you have a problem, Carolyn will help to communicate it to the right advisor here in the firm so that you get a quick resolution.

With her excellent knowledge of Xero and MYOB and their respective payroll functions, Sue manages our clients’ bookkeeping engagements. She’s the one who ensures that their BAS and other reporting issues are up to date so that they can all sleep a little easier.
But Sue’s not just about a keen eye and attention to detail with the numbers; she has a splendid talent for repartee and you may be surprised what she gets up to at the weekend
On weekendsYou may catch Sue, her husband, and their three children indulging their love of motorbikes with some dirt racing! She is the treasurer of the Rosebud & District Motorcycle Club.
